Shipping Policy
1. Cyprus
Delivery within Cyprus is free for orders over €100 to your chosen Akis Express or Travel Express
For orders less than €100, the delivery fee is: €3.
For Door-to-Door Delivery service, the fee is €5.
Delivery fee is applied for any items on sale irrespective of the total order cost.
Cyprus Delivery: 1 – 3 working days
2. Greece
All orders from Greece should be paid online, no Cash on Delivery (COD) service.
Delivery to Greece is free for orders over €250.
Standard Shipping €12 for Door-to-Door Delivery Service via Geniki Taxidromiki.
Delivery fee is applied for any items on sale irrespective of the total order cost.
Greece Delivery: 2-4 working days. Up to 4-7 days for Remote Destinations. (via Geniki Taxidromiki).
3. EU Countries
All EU Country orders should be paid online, no Cash on Delivery service.
Delivery for International orders, with Standard Shipping, is free for orders over €350.
Delivery fee is applied for any items on sale irrespective of the total order cost.
Standard Shipping: 8 – 15 working days from departure of order.
Express Shipping: 1 – 3 working days from departure of order.

ZONE 1: Standard Shipping €12
European Union countries and Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, the Vatican, Liechtenstein, and Monaco.
4. Track my order
Once we process your order, you will receive a tracking number and the relevant link to track your order, in your email. Make sure you check your junk/spam folder.
5. Orders
All products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email confirming your status change. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotions. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock in an item. In these instances, your item will be cancelled, and a member of our customer service team will notify you. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders have a processing time of one to three business days if the merchandise is in stock.

Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colours; however, the actual colour you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours. All products are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to our customers. 7. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are quoted in EUROS and include VAT 19%. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
